Got My First Paying Customer!

Today one of my first trial customers converted to a paid user. I was checking the Mixpanel analytics of our app and noticed one of the users tested all the features of the app and had logged out. I called the customer immediately and helped him out with the setup and did a quick demo of the app. Post that he tested the app for a few more minutes and told me the budget he had in mind, after I informed him that our pricing was lower than his expectation he decided to pay for the app:)

Thanks Misha, Pls do check out the app and share your thoughts on Design please. I'm still skeptical about the Design and UI of the app. Happy to return the favour.

Congrats Ashwin! I think it would be a nice time to loop your customer into asking some questions about,

    1. What prompted them to log out in the first place?
    2. What were their initial expectations when they logged in?
    3. Ask them about any UI elements which they found difficult to understand?
I hope my suggestions are helpful, Cheers :)

Hey @amarnathN14 thanks for your suggestions, will surely make a note of it.

      1. Maybe there was no Demo/tutorial video as soon as they logged into the app.
I'll stay in touch with the users for more feedback.

If you have time would like to listen your's or your friends feedback about the app. There is a free trial.

Yes, having a user onboarding can really be helpful but I guess, most people tend to skip the step but I don't know, don't take my opinion for granted 🙃

Sure sounds like a plan. Can you drop me an email? In the meantime, I'll hunt for an android phone, I've been an iPhone user for the past 4 years 😅
