Got my first paying subscriber after 2 months of building 🙌

I just wanted to tell some people who would understand how hard this is but my side project Coffee Chats (https://www.trycoffeechats.com/) got it's first paying subscriber. It's only $5/mo but it feels amazing!

For anyone curious on how I got here, here's the journey so far:

• Launch on May 30th via Linkedin and there was just my Coffee Chat (https://www.trycoffeechats.com/chris) but I had a waitlist to get leads
• About a week later, let a few people on the waitlist know they can make their own profiles. Schedule a coffee chat with everyone who made a profile to understand their needs
• Iterate on the product until all P0 requests were implemented
• 1 month from May 30: Launch to everyone on the waitlist. Reach out to those who create profiles and iterate again
• Finalize a list of P0 premium features (page analytics, custom pre-chat questions, email follow ups, custom messaging, and custom HTML) and start building those.
• Last week, launch page analytics as the first paying feature and make Early Bird pricing 50% off (Doing this so that anyone who commits to Premium before all the features are completed should get a discount)
• Today, launch custom pre-chat questions as the second paying feature. [Finally got first paying customer!!]

Had a small bit of doubt that no one upgraded to Premium when I launched page analytics but now I have an insane amount of adrenaline and hoping to get more paying subscribers soon!
