"GPT" SaaS: should we change the name? Help request!

Hello Guys,
I'm the co-founder of recapiogpt.com, and I have a question for you. We received this email from this company related to using the mark "GPT", linked to our product.

We also know other SaaS with the mark GPT received this email, from the same company.

The question is: do we need to remove GPT from the name we currently have or not?

We read a few articles about the rejection of the OpenAI petition related to the special registration of GPT (Link to the original response by USPTO: https://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn97733259&docI#docIndex=0&page=1).

What should we do now? And, above all, what should all companies with GPT inside do now?

Should we wait for the final decision or not?

We didn't get the point! Anyone could help?
