GRCArc: a governance scorecard for founders, with a SaaS platform taking shape behind it

I've spent 22 years doing IT governance, PMO and delivery work across banks and insurers in Singapore and the region. The one thing I kept seeing, at every company size, is founders and IT leads knowing they're behind on governance but having no idea how behind, or what to actually do about it first. Consultants are expensive and slow. Spreadsheets rot. So I built the thing I wish existed when I was doing this manually for clients.

What it does right now: a free 5-minute assessment across six governance domains, gives you a maturity score, a radar chart, and a prioritized list of what to fix first. That part is fully real and functional, it computes everything client-side and saves your progress locally.

Being upfront about what's not real yet, since I'd rather you find out from me than by poking at it: the "AI Copilot" on the demo is scripted, not a live model. There's no real login or backend yet either, everything's local-only for now. Billing and API access are marked coming soon because they are. I'm sharing this stage on purpose rather than waiting for it to be finished, since that's basically been my whole approach with every product I've shipped here.

If you're an IT lead, founder, or anyone who's had to explain to a board or investor why your governance is a mess, I'd genuinely like your eyes on it. Rough edges are expected. Tell me where it falls apart.
