    Nice post, an opportunity to self-reflect a bit.

    I think that my strength (hesitant to call it a superpower, lol) is focus and productivity. I can get myself into a zone and stay in it until the job is done. It can last from minutes to weeks, and I don't really procrastinate enough to break the focus.

    My weaknesses are plenty! :) But one that I'd pick at the moment would be hesitance to (self-)promote. This causes me to do less in i.e.marketing than I'd like. But I'm going to fight it in 2023 :).

      I was too, but going to that extreme in wording helped me clarify my goals more and come up with one clear example rather than many smaller ones. And that's a great superpower you've got there!

      I really struggle with this too, if you find anything that helps with that unease, definitely share it!
