While making lunch today I listened to the IH podcast episode with Dan Cederholm of Dribbble and I really enjoyed it. The thing that struck me the most was the ease with which he seemed to approach building his startup. I got the sense that this was someone who built a product they truly cared about, didn't take it overly seriously and had a lot of fun in the process.
I think this stood out to me because it seems to antithetical to the hustle culture of starting and growing businesses, especially in the online space. It felt like a gentle breeze on a scorching afternoon, a nice reminder that the best things are to be found at the intersection of working hard and staying graceful.
