Growing music industry freelance platform needs a technical co-founder

Hi Everyone!

My name is Nick and I run a company called Melody Nest in Oakland, CA. Melody Nest is a music industry freelance platform that connects graphic designers, audio engineers, vocalists, instrumentalists, and more to musicians, music producers, and DJs that are looking for specific jobs to be done (cover art, vocals, promotion, logos, mixing/mastering, etc.) Basically, we are Patreon meets Fiverr but for the music industry (and may expand into other industries as well).

I’m reaching out because I need a technical co-founder to join the team. I'm looking for an honest, ambitious individual that wants to join for the long haul, and that wants to help push us towards acquisition. And eventually would be willing to work full-time, no matter what.

My tech stack: NGINX, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL.

The simplified (and less spectacular) version is WordPress integrated with WooCommerce, WP Job Manager and custom development.

Currently, the business has been picking up traction, good SEO growth, and currently has daily customers. We are growing day by day, so I would like to start shaking hands and to try and find the right person!

Ideally, I’d like to work with someone in the Bay Area and that preferably knows a thing or two about the music/creative industry. However, I am open to negotiate any terms and/or equity splits for the person that’s the right fit.
