Growth Hacker for your SaaS?

Hey everyone,

I'm Bradley from sunny Ventura, California and I've been building in the eCommerce space now for the past several years since back in high school when I was about 16-17and have had some successes and failures along the way.

My side hustle project in the Subscription Box space launched at the beginning of COVID hit $350k ARR last year and adding, but I'm just not passionate about it, I'm doing it to raise funds for future projects. I love the marketing, financial and creative growth aspects of the business but I need something else that I'm passionate about to work on. I've toyed with the idea of building my own SaaS out but just haven't landed on an idea I can both fund and see through to completion.

My Skills/Experiences:

  • Ran & Launched with a partner a traditional eCommerce site operating from 2017-2019 that hit 7 figures ARR, 200k+ Email list before shuttering
  • Ran & Launched a with a partner a boutique fulfillment service for business in our niche that hit low 6 figures ARR before shutting down
  • Solo Ran & Launched a Subscription Box Business that in it's first two years of operation has grown to $350k ARR & 100k+ Customer list (SMS/Email) that I am currently scaling bootstrapped
  • Currently finishing up my Economics & Accounting degree @ UC Santa Barbara while working limited hours per week on my project.

I'm looking for someone that has built or building an amazing SaaS product that fills a niche, but hasn't yet figured out how to actually make sales, generate leads and grow the product creatively.

I have some limited capital that I could bring to the right project if necessary. I'm not looking to join anything in a paid capacity, I'd prefer to invest or join the team or a combination.

TLDR:
I'm a young guy that has built some stuff and saved up a little money that's looking for a project(s) that my skillset can add value to.

Wow. I'm very impressed by your background, you must be very experience in SaaS marketing. I'm currently building a product that I think has great potential and timing and I happen to be looking for a non technical co-founder. You can reach out to me at [email protected] for more info.

A channel you should test is programmatic SEO. Create a page to hit searches like “ how to sell your own home huntsville” then auto-generate pages to replace Huntsville with the top 500 cities in the United States.
