Growth metrics

The cold development winter is about to end, we are close to launching our app and now I'm looking for ways to analyze the growth (or not growth of the app).

Currently using firebase, we would like to be able to know how many hits, entries... app downloads, deletes.... shares....

we have implemented Google Analytics but I was wondering if you could share your experience related to the key metrics you use to understand if your business / app is going upwards, stale or downwards.

Any input would be valuable.
