Growth tip: The SEO benefits of podcasting
At LanguaTalk, we recently released a podcast for learning Spanish. Aside from building our brand and bringing in new students, podcasting is also going to boost our domain authority, which will help our content rank.
There are a lot of podcast directories out there. And many of them have high domain authority, meaning any links you get from them are powerful. Only a few of them are do follow, but 'nofollow' links and brand mentions may also have a positive influence on our rankings.
Below are some of the sites, in case you're thinking of creating your own podcast. We use Transistor.fm for distributing our podcast to most of the directories as well as hosting and analytics. Transistor is working well for us and has excellent reviews on G2, Capterra etc.
