We’re a VC-backed developer tool / AI infrastructure startup that already has tens of thousands of users. We are looking to accelerate growth, so we are hiring our next Head of Marketing. But we decided NOT to do it the usual boring rigmarole with resumes and lame interviews.

Instead, we’re running a real world 2-week GTM challenge to find a true beast.

How it works:

1. 5 to 10 people selected for the challenge
2. Each person gets a small marketing budget and 100% creative freedom
3. Your #1 objective is to go viral and get our product seen by as many developers.

No rules. No hand-holding. Just pure execution.

The reward:

• Each person gets a tiny budget to use (constraint breeds creativity)
• Everyone gets 50% of the revenue they generate during the 2 weeks (we only care about finding the right person)
• The person that generates the most value will get an offer to be our full-time marketing coordinator for the consumer side of our business.

No resumes or “marketing experience” required.
Just prove you are creative enough to make something go viral with a small budget.
