GTM/Product person looking to build with someone who owns the full stack. I write code too

Hey, Bharath here. About me -

So far, I've worked in a B2B SaaS as part of an early GTM team. Set up initial gtm flows, got us to initial customer base, and all that good stuff. I've also spent time on the product side, introducing new features and improving stability for our daily users. Saw 0 to 1, saw times with no growth, saw pivots, and then saw real growth :)

Now, I'm working on the early stages of a business and

• i'm having multiple user conversations
• forming a good mental map of the problem space (one i faced myself) and how money flows to it
• sketches and rough versions of UI to convey a solution to the problem space
• Have a basic UI built out without functionality that i'm using to demonstrate in user conversations

I write code too, and can handle a good chunk of the initial version. Ideally though, I'm looking for someone who can own this end, and:

• own the infra and full stack end
• who has been in an environment that celebrates getting real, faster feedback loops, and loves to build
• who can build collaborative apps (sockets/liveblocks/etc)
• who isn't a sucker for VC and external funding (i like lean teams and plan to keep lean ships)
