Guilty of 80% Building - 20% Marketing

Hello everyone!

Like most indie hackers, I’ve spent about 80% of my time building and the rest on marketing. I’m a firm believer that user experience is everything first impressions can truly make or break a user's decision so I didn't want to launch publicly until I felt the product was truly "ready."

A few days ago, I finally hit that point. The app now has a solid moat and a clear differentiator, so I’m finally shifting my energy toward marketing.

My first project? Revamping my OpenGraph design and content. Since Cue is built to help founders sell their products, I realized my initial OG tags were poorly worded and didn't reflect that mission. After some brainstorming, I’ve landed on a new design.

The new one is in this post.

What do you think? Did I hit the mark? Also, I’d love to see what your OpenGraph images look like—please share your ideas and experiences!
