Gust V Stripe Atlas V Clerky

Hi, we are at a stage where we are going to start charging, and are looking to incorporate. Our project is US centric, so ti makes sense to incorporate there.

There are 4 of us working full time, all remote based outside of the USA. We will all have vested shares and will be getting subscription revenue from our extension. I would love to get some advice or testimonials from people who have gone with one of these companies, I've never made a US company before.

    Hey @PayOffWizard!

Check out https://blook.io! We help global entrepreneurs register their businesses in the US (Along with providing an EIN, and Bank account!)

Those parts are easy, I need someone to help me come up with vesting and shareholder documents.

I used Gust to incorporate. It was very straightforward and easy. It has pretty much zero customizability on the bylaws and how many shares are authorized to start with but that is by design for simplicity.

I've heard a lot of good about Stripe Atlas as well, though.
