Guys, did some of you buy Intercom recently?

I really want to find out more about your experience and opinion? Can't justify the price for myself, that's why need to know what you think.

It'd be really cool if we talk in Zoom or Skype or smth for like 15 minutes. For a little treat :)

Not to be a turd... but isn't Dashly an Intercom competitor?

I mean, I found this in the footer: https://www.dashly.io/dashly-vs-intercom

Hoping this isn't a ploy to get people on sales calls

That line in particular came across quite deceptive to me. If you run a competing product, I find it hard to think you'd be considering using the other product outside of just your own research purposes.

If this was presented more as an opportunity to speak with recent Intercom customers to talk about some of the pain points they had experienced with on boarding, that'd be totally different.

And honestly, the whole concept of a "treat" reminds me more of those free lunches for you and 3 of your friends that financial planners offer. No such thing as free lunch, and such.

        I'm not affiliated with Dashly.

Are you sure? In absolutely no way you are affiliated to them?

To all who replied here, I'm sorry that my words seemed disingenuous to you and may look like I'm trying to get you on a sales call. I didn't have an intention to sell or even more so to cheat on you.
The honest thing is that we're in a process of customer development right now to understand people more and really find out their pains and values. And the treat was offered just because I know that your time is valuable and just wanted to give a cup of coffee or so for that 15 minutes talk.
Sorry for a really bad wording, didn't mean to make you feel cheated.
