🍣 gymsushi - A bite-sized newsletter about fitness & nutrition
Hey Indie Hackers!
I usually get great feedback from this community, so I'm hoping for some of the same on my new landing page.
One of my aims for this year is to get more serious about writing, and what better way to do this than to launch a newsletter?
Fitness, weight training and nutrition are some personal hobbies of mine, so I've built gymsushi — a bite-sized newsletter about fitness & nutrition.

Could you post an example newsletter on the landing page? I would not give my email without reading a sample one to gauge its quality.
The copy could use some improvement as well. Lose "The title says it all, really", that's useless filler. Give specific examples on what you would write about, maybe one each in general fitness, weight training and nutrition. Also lose the asterisk in the title. You could say "A bi-weekly bite sized newsletter about fitness and nutrition", as a commitment device to yourself.
Thanks for your feedback! I agree some extra information about the newsletter would be useful. In keeping the landing page short and simple, perhaps I’ll add an About page with more information. Cheers!

I’m using Mailchimp right now as it’s what I’m most familiar with.
Consider MailerLite / Sendfox / Sendinblue ;)?
Yeah I did look at MailerLine and Sendinblue, but decided to stick with what I know - at least for now!
