HackerRank for DS

I'm thinking about the business similar to "HackerRank for Data Scientists".
My vision is slightly different, but it's the same idea.

Pros:

• The idea is validated.
• I'm from the DS field. It means that I have a good chance to make a good platform in a product and technical sense for the side of DS.

Cons:

• HackerRank is doing exactly this from the summer of 2019. At least one other company in the US has a similar model. However, the market is not a "winner takes all" kind.
• I know little about B2B sales
• I'm not in the US, so it's harder to make sales.

What am I missing?
What would you do?
