I’m building HairHunt, an AI app that lets you try on different hairstyles using your own selfie — before you actually commit to a haircut.
How it works
The idea is simple:
Upload a clear selfie
Choose from a library of hairstyles (cuts, lengths, bangs, etc.)
The app generates realistic previews adapted to your face
In a few minutes, you can see how completely different looks would actually suit you.
What makes it different
Most hairstyle apps feel like filters — they overlay hair on your photo, but don’t really help you decide anything.
HairHunt is focused on realistic transformation, not entertainment:
Hairstyles are adapted to your face shape
The results aim to look natural, not “sticker-like”
The goal is to simulate a real haircut outcome as closely as possible
