Handling WordPress clients without things going wrong

I’ve noticed something over time - once a WordPress site is handed over, small changes can sometimes lead to unexpected issues.

Not because clients are careless, but because the admin area isn’t always intuitive for non-technical users.

Most approaches seem to either restrict access heavily or rely on training.

I’ve been exploring a middle ground - keeping things safe while still usable.

Curious how others handle this. Do you rely on training, restrictions, or something else?
