Hardly Scalable SaaS

Hi! I developed a SaaS product and already have paid users.

But I have some issues, to be able to run my SaaS I need a lot of Instagram Accounts.

I have bought more than 300 accounts with 100+ proxies (1 proxy for 3 instagram accounts) just to manage 50 peoples on my SaaS.

I feel like this hardly scalable, because If I get more users I will need even more accounts so buying new proxies and buying new Instagram accounts. Everything is slow and it takes time to set up Instagram accounts so I can use them in my SaaS.

The price for the proxies are high.

What do you guys think about that? I mean, is it a real problem that I need to set up some instagram accounts, buying them and always burning 30% of the money to manage everything (regardless of the revenue)?

    What are your current costs?

You can get a person to open an a account or several for 5$

Make or buy a software to open accounts with a proxy list for 150$-500$ range I'm guessing

In bulk I used to buy several years ago proxy ips for around 0.30$

For the moment it's about $250/month, but I paid the instagram accounts something like $350 and paid a VA to do some tasks on the accounts

        I mean $/open Instagram account

I use something similar but that's the point, isn't is a problem to always use VA for my SaaS?

The more I grow, the more I will need VA's help and I feel like it's not sustainable to do this

Can replace the VA with custom software?..

            1. 1

I'd like to but Instagram's system can detect it or maybe I didn't find the solution yet.

For the moment the VA isn't a problem so maybe I should wait until I find a solution to replace

Try with zennoposter and jarvee, Instagram don't detect it

              2. 1

It's the other way around, a system can not detect a real person is in front of a computer, it's all a facade.
I'd go to the ubot community, describe what I need and ask for an offer...
They are used to doing full browser, multi proxy, captcha bypasses etc..
They are used to automating site signups and different site presses and submits...
I used to use that software all of these are super native there.
(There are other solutions and you can ask elsewhere as well, not claiming it has some exclusivity, but it is a niche..)

You are asking about scaling it, if you got what you need, cool.
If you're asking how to reduce operating costs, direct or others, that's where I'm trying to give you directions for.
Sometimes just knowing you can get the cost of a thing from 20$ to 0.30$ is a step forward with needing to immediately implement

                1. 1

Ok yea! I will check it thank you very much!

Get rotating proxy maybe? Or a mobile proxy switch?

    1. 1

Yea I totally thought about it, tried a lot of rotating proxies but Instagram seems to block them, maybe I didn't find a good one

  3. 1

Is this the same SaaS you want to get rid off?

    1. 1

Yes it's the same! I don't want to get rid off but if it's the only solution then I will yes
