Has anybody connections to Admob support?

I tried opening an Admob account and it successfully connected to my Adsense account. However, i got a disapproval email from them with the reason "i own a second Adsense account, which is not allowed for Admob".

However, this account with the partial email stated is not mine. It belongs to a namesake...

I tried explaining that using the appeal form but they only responed with telling me it is the wrong form.

Sadly, Admob hides behind their help website, offers no contact form or anything to get in touch with a human.

If anyone has conections to the Admob support, could you help me getting in touch with them? Thanks a lot.
