Has anyone ever used remix .run (React) in production?
I have an idea of product that I want to prototype. I'm only going to work on it during weekends (I have a full time job).
So after analysis, the ssr + form management and less state (I think I'll use react) + nested route make me think of Remix.run. I don't know if people have used it in production to give testimonials, and also its use with a componsant library...

“Production-grade” term is so overrated these days. Just use whatever you feel like using, especially for a side project like that. It really doesn’t matter.
You have the luxury of having 0 customers. Use it to your advantage.
Remix is definitely a good option but I prefer Next.js because they tend to push forward web standards instead of creating something on their own.
