Has anyone experienced the lack of discipline to execute all the tasks from your to-do list? Have you ever tried to build a habit but failed to be consistent and eventually quitted?
I remember myself many years ago when I was still in school, I used to waste a lot of my time doing unnecessary things that didn't elevate me as a person nor did they get me closer to my goals - to what I want to become.
I know exactly how this feels when you have all these things that interfere with your productivity that you feel are outside of your control. You might even feel guilty sometimes when you miss a day after you experience burnout and you feel that you have to start over again because you failed to keep the streak of fully productive days. Or perhaps you feel that you lack the willpower to wake up early enough and start working right away at your most productive hours.
So I was wondering what are your experiences with this subject? Just thought we might have this in common or we can share some insights.
Do you often feel that you could be more productive and consistent with your daily tasks?
Every single day. Working on something you're passionate about helps.
I've found that getting into a daily routine actually works. Sounds cliche, but it works. Could be every single day. Could be one routine for Mon-Thurs, another for Fri-Sun (this works way better for me).

I've also found that getting some intense exercise done earlier in the day really helps my brain to fend off distractions later on while I'm trying to focus. Way more than I expected when I first heard this advice.
Some people have success with the Pomodoro technique. You may have to tweak the on/off timers to fit yourself.
Also, remember there's nothing wrong with spending some time every day being unproductive. You can even schedule it. These 2 hours after dinner are meant for nothing besides relaxing and recharging.
