Has anyone exported code from Webflow for Front-End ?

Top of the morning to you!

I've built an MVP and validated my idea using Webflow. I am now working with a back-end dev to build a launch-ready version. I was thinking of creating the front-end in webflow and exporting the code out .

This way I can be the front-end person and I wouldn't have to hire anyone for front-end.

Has anybody done this ?
Any best practices?

Background:
I can't build the full-version in webflow because I need payments and a member's only page. Between memberstack and my cross-border payment gateway fees, I'll have to sacrifice a lot if I stick with webflow. Besides, I can't even use stripe from India with memberstack. So, I cant build the whole site on webflow.
