Please take a look at us: https://origits.com. We are trying to make the process of showing videos on websites much simpler and are eagerly seeking feedback. Thank you.

Sounds like a neat alternative to Wistia. Is it your target?

      1. 2

Yes, in part. To be honest, our primary goal is to completely simplify the process of managing video on websites.

    Hello,
Slidzo is an online presentation platform that introduces the next generation of presentations by offering unique features on the market. On one hand, features like 3D presentations that are cinematic and story-driven. On the other hand, an AI assistant that collaborates with the users and automates the slide creation.

Would love to hear your thoughts about the solution

    • a better search engine (with auto-suggestions while you type)
    • a demo of the text in 3 key situations: headline for hero header, inline headline, paragraph
    • the possibility to test each font with your own custom text

https://Fonts.do is a great resource for designers, featuring more than 300,000 fonts. I have done little marketing for it, so being featured on Reddit would really help

    Also, would love your feedback!

Great initiative and thanks in advance! Please let me know if you need my help in the future

Hi, thanks for sharing. I'm not super convinced by the UX though. The site seems pretty slow to me compared to some alternatives. What's the tech stack?

      1. 1

Any suggestions on the UX side?

      2. 1

That's weird because it's hosted on a dedicated server located in Germany. I just checked it with Google's PageSpeed and it got a 99 score on desktop and a 94 score on mobile. I will see what I can do to reach 100

It's an old school stack, but it gets the job done: LAMP :)

        1. 1

Well, each page individually and the home page might resolve nicely but opening a new page (e.g. from the menu) from scratch takes a while, ~ 1.5 sec at my end.

how to get started own business. I am technical writer. Want to start blogging and earn money it is possible. https://activatetricks.com/

    1. 1

Nice trick (to write "active-" articles). Another approach to the "xyz login" angle. It's all about scale in your case. I see you have 219 indexed pages on Google. You would need thousands to get some meaningful traffic. The challenge will also be to have US-centric traffic (which pays 10x better than traffic from other countries), not sure about this angle to achieve it.

Please can I also submit what we're doing, I would love your feedback on it?
We're on a mission to allow anyone to confidently build engaging, beautiful slides. Without having think about design and layout, simply focus on their message. As you type or add content, your slides are automatically designed. You can see more here: https://dropdeck.com.
It's free to sign up and use. We would be so grateful for any feedback you or the community might have for us as.

Oh mate, that's so very kind of you. Means a lot.

BTW, I've just launched KPI Crunch on PH, would appreciate your support ;-) https://www.producthunt.com/posts/kpi-crunch

You're welcome. Nice start apparently. 3K views, 100% upvote.

BTW, I've just added you to my latest landscape creation: https://kpicrunch.com/report/presentation-design-tools-excl-google-slides-ppt There's room to grow ;-) 🚀

    2. 1

First impression: a tough market with a lot of competition (https://pitch.com/ is the most visible at the moment). But there are some neat features in your product from what I can see in the presentation. I like how you can automatically populate a list of logos based on company names for instance. Which API are you using for that? Clearbit?

      1. 1

Much appreciated. We use Clearbit and Brandfetch. I agree that presentation software is a crowded space. My theory just that still everyone focussed on the same paradigm of pixel by pixel design on a blank canvas or filling in templates. Our world you add content and we match with templates.

I saw this thing called timeboxing the other day and thought it would be a good first project to tackle. It's very early stages but I'd love to hear your critique/feedback: https://timebx.app/

It basically is a way to organize your day, you dump any plans you have for the day, then pick 3 top priorities ones and finally you schedule it in your time slots.

    Thanks!

    1. 1

How do you drag from Priorities to the time slots?

      1. 1

Can't yet unfortunately! Is on my to do list, same for going from brain dump to prios etc. Thanks!

  14. 1

Hi, If you enjoy our browser-based remote access service getscreen.me, a mention would be appreciated

    1. 1

I've never used this type of service actually. Security-wise + in terms of workflow management, I prefer the role-based collaborative approach via SaaS platforms.

  15. 1

I am working on an app to search through earnings transcripts. It's still a prototype but soliciting feedback! My biggest question right now is: does someone want this, and how much?

    1. 1

It's probably more a (potential) feature (which can be integrated by a wider platform) than a standalone app, I would say.

  16. 1

Does it have to be a web project? Mine is a mobile app.

I created this app based on my work designing apps for institutional investors (research teams).

    AppStore link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/company-360/id1464857130

Download is free. App has free and subscription features.

Company 360 is a research tool for retail investors that use bare-bones trading platforms.

Helps with due diligence on the public company before investing. The main purpose of the app is to reduce investment risk.

    1. 1

I'm on Android (on a Huawei device, so not even on the Playstore) so I can't really review the app.

Why did you choose the create a native app for this service by the way?

      1. 1

I built it for myself first. Apple also makes it easy to deploy and monetize.

I would love to get some feedback on Planzer.io 🙋‍♂️

    1. 1

A planning app to connect planning apps. Why not :-) How many users so far?

      1. 1

Haha, when you say it like that 😅
Have to start somewhere. I have some cool features coming up to help with better planning.

        140 users today 🙏

        1. 1

Cool, let's hope that my post will bring a few extra ones. You can also check out what I'm doing at my end on https://kpicrunch.com

          1. 1

Looks awesome Fred, I just did a small test. What datasets are you using?

            1. 1

It's a mix of in-house methods & API wholesale data from various providers. Just the beginning ;-)

              1. 1

Interesting, thank you for the clarification. 🎉

                1. 1

You're welcome. Some additional info in this video: https://bit.ly/kcloom

  18. 1

Can you mention fabform.io for us please :)

    1. 1

      Pretty crowded space I'd say.
What makes you 10x better than https://getform.io/ and the likes?
