I have a micro-SaaS that I'm launching as part of #BuildSell30. My product has a wide user market, has it pertains to anyone who has to manage multiple calendars (ie: personal and work).
I'm struggling to find a niche of users I could hone in on to ask for feedback. I was thinking maybe a couple TikTok videos from people with a decent following would help get the product in the hands of some users, but worry that it may attract the wrong "kind" of user (ie: not open to giving feedback, etc).
Has anyone used TikTok for marketing/advertising their product? If so, how did it go?
Not relevant but have you tried SEO/SEM
As you are targeting ppl who needs to solve a problem of calendar merging, I naturally feel like potential audience will google this problem. It might have less cost on doing SEM to locate the users than doing ads on social media platform.
Just my two cents
Hey Jerome, thanks for the thought! I will definitely be doing SEO/SEM, however it is a long term game. I was hoping to find potential interested users quicker for early feedback as I flesh out what the product should be.
How about places like Product Hunt and AppSumo, it is easier to have high spread for these platforms
True that SEO takes time, and usually other fast ways are paid marketing.
