Has anyone used Buffer and the likes? Any alternatives?

While automating your SM, Buffer has a nice free tier with 3 social handles and 10 post scheduling. Anyone used this earlier? Or any alternatives?

Requirements:

  1. Safe (like no data breaches)
  2. Can schedule more posts
  3. Happy with just 3 handles

Thanks guys!

      Appreciate the heads up Cory!

Hey Suhas, we would be honored if you gave OneUp a try. While we dont have any free tier currently, we do have more automation features than Buffer, like repeating posts.

Also, Buffer's free plan limits you to only 10 scheduled posts, which most people will hit fairly quickly. Once you need to upgrade, their lowest paid tier is $15/month, compared to only $10/month for OneUp 😊

Yuss! Thanks Davis, that's the first one I'll try when I'm upgrading :)

Why you not willing to pay for SMM ? Do you feel it will be more justice to pay based on number of posts instead of subscription mode ?

Absolutely! Mine's a social project and haven't been backed at the moment, but just trying to do my bit. I'm just trying to automate things here since going solo at the moment! I hope that's understandable!

I use buffer to automate social media posts for https://sketchpads.co using instagram (@sketchpads.co).

It’s been fine for just getting my social media marketing going and I’ve even brought in a couple orders thanks to it. I try to schedule 10 posts at a time (2 per day) and let it run for 4 to 5 days before scheduling more posts.

What don’t you like about buffer? Curious why you’re looking for alternatives without stating any concerns/issues with buffer

      Yeah that's the plan!
I plan to run it across 3 channels and 2-3 posts a day, that finishes the 10 posts in less than 2 days. So was just looking if any other platform gives a better free-tier (Hootsuite for example)

Thanks Shree! Will check this out!
