Has anyone used supportshepherd for hiring in the Philippines?
We're looking for overseas help (for technical and non-technical roles). We've been recommended https://www.supportshepherd.com. They are a headhunting agency who specializes in the Philippines.
We haven't hired overseas before and I'm a little unsure about skills and quality (especially for the technical role).
