I can speak different languages and thought about translating my app but I'm wondering if it would be worth it. Has anyone experienced significant downloads after translating their app?

Translating the App Store metadata made a big difference for organic downloads.
Big = from 1-3 downloads per week to tens of downloads per day. Not big numbers but it depends on your app, category, language/market etc.
