Have LLMs completely changed what people expect from websites?

People are now used to asking questions conversationally and getting immediate, useful answers.

But most websites still expect users to:

  • dig through menus

  • search FAQs

  • fill in forms

  • or wait for replies

And often the friction is simpler than businesses realise:

  • hidden sign-up buttons

  • key information buried three clicks deep

  • unanswered questions killing intent

Research consistently shows bounce rates spike when visitors can’t quickly find what they need.

Meanwhile businesses are spending heavily driving traffic to websites that quietly leak conversions every day.

That’s a big part of why we started building Daysi.

We wanted to build something beyond a support chatbot, more like an AI revenue agent that helps businesses engage visitors naturally, answer questions instantly, and uncover the hidden friction points traditional analytics never show.

Feels like customer expectations around websites are shifting faster than most businesses realise.

Curious whether others building online are seeing the same thing and how you’re responding to it?
