That's how Cira got started. Talking to a friend who has a house cleaning service missed calls came up.
Initially she didn't think she missed many calls, but was frustrated at how much the phone took up her time. Time she needed to run her business.
Then as the conversation got going she realized she's missing 5-10 calls a week. (It turns out it was even more). And that 30-50% were calls about estimates. She thinks she lands 30% of estimates. So in other words she was missing out on 78 to 260 new leads, of which 23 to 78 would become customers. That's a mountain of lost revenue (she figures over $100k).
At the time we were looking to pivot our previous startup sot his conversation came at a great time. From there I started cold calling businesses. And discovered over 80% didn't pick up their phone. I called gutter repair, roofing repair, plumbers, electricians, and more. Call after call went unanswered.
Three months after this we launched Cira. We'd seen the one off repackaged offers of High Level and the insane prices people were charging. From this we've found a foothold in the space, where it's fast to setup (just 15 minutes), has no setup free (I'm white glove onboarding everyone, great learning here), and starts at just $59/months instead the hundreds you'd pay for High Level one-offs or an in-person service.
