As founders, we spend a lot of time looking at analytics:
traffic
clicks
bounce rate
conversions
acquisition channels
But analytics often miss something very important:
π the exact questions visitors ask before they decide to buy, leave, compare, hesitate, or ask for help.
So we tried something simple.
We exported real conversations from Fabio AI Chatbot as a CSV file, then analyzed the questions visitors asked on our website.
The goal was not just to read chatbot logs.
The goal was to understand visitor intent.
Here is what we looked for:
π¬ repeated questions
π° pricing doubts
π§ content gaps
π οΈ setup or support friction
π conversion opportunities
β missing FAQs or landing pages
And the result was surprisingly useful.
We could clearly see what visitors wanted to know before moving forward.
Some questions were about pricing.
Some were about supported AI models.
Some were about installation.
Some were about support.
Some were asking what the chatbot could actually do for their website.
That kind of data is extremely valuable because it comes directly from real visitors.
Not assumptions.
Not generic analytics.
Not survey answers.
Real questions, asked at the exact moment when visitors are exploring your product.
For us, this created a simple feedback loop:
visitor question β intent analysis β content improvement β better conversion path
This is the kind of small insight that can help you decide what to improve next:
create a better FAQ
add pricing examples
write a new landing page
improve onboarding
clarify your offer
add reassurance before purchase
We turned the analysis into a short PDF report to show what this looks like in practice.
