Have you faced any challenge while managing your team, and how did you deal with that?

Hello, I work in different teams and sometimes we encounter some situations in our product development processes. This is even why we built the product called Notion Standup (https://notionstandup.com). I know that I am not the first/last one looking for solution to such situations. I need to hear about your experiences with the problems or different situations that you face and your solutions for them.

Just checked out your product, I would have loved to try it out but I am not inolved or working in a team yet. Though on managing team depends on which challenges you might face. There might be emotional challenges which a team member might be facing, how you handle this situation properly determines how productive and outputs that would be added.

Great to hear that Godstime, thanks! You're right. Each tam has own characteristics and principles. It really depends to the team.
By the way, you can use Notion Standup for yourself if you use Notion to track your tasks and want to get regularly notifications on your tasks. There is no team requirement 🙌 If you also have any feedback I'ld like to hear to improve the product!
