Working on LTE🍰, I've recently ran into an issue where I'm not happy with some of the code decisions I made to get it out the door and now I want to own more of my stack.
I originally started with a 3rd party package for building bots, but I was trying to shoe-horn in my own business logic and things just aren't working out. I've spent the last few days rewriting things with a more Test Driven approach and am confident I made the right decision.
Have you found yourself in a similar situation? I'm looking to start marketing the product more in the coming weeks so email marketing tools and the like are very interesting to me, but I've heard that switching constantly is a pain.
Have you ever regretted a move between tools or dependencies? If you experienced a lot of pain in the transition, did you push through it or go back to the old way to stop the bleeding?
Curious to hear some war stories! I love a good 💩show as I think we all do to some extent 🙂
