Have you overshared recently? How much building in public is TOO MUCH?

Hi everyone, I work for a dev tool (drag-and-drop Python apps/dashboards built natively inside VS Code) and I'm currently trying to keep a build in public strategy going - on Twitter, our Discord and even over here on IH

But I'm struggling with what I should share or not. For example, a dev just opened a PR on a super exciting feature - but what if it doesn't end up working/backfires in any way/takes too long to launch? Is it worth posting about?

Also, I keep wondering if it can seem like we're not mature enough if I celebrate such small wins and tasks on social. Could it put people off?

I'd love how you guys go about on this topic!
