Have you tried Promotehour?
David from Promotehour is reaching to me constantly and I am curious if you have any experience with them.
Frankly, I have no idea what to expect from services like that.

I've tried them, loong time ago (2y+). My personal opinion is that it's not worth it. Don't expect any press coverage or anything - they will indeed post to those sites, but don't expect any journal or anything to reach back. They will use some template for sending your "pitch", and very likely no one will answer (as it was in my case).
You'll probably be better off doing some cold outreach, and I guess if you do it right, you might at least have someone answering back.
