have your mobile application or website been purchased by another company?

I have a mobile app in the app store. Someone who represents a company wants to buy this app. After doing research, he is a high profile investor in my country, so I trust him. My app has over 1 mill download with ~300 thousand active users. He will pay 4X my yearly income from this app (ads and paid app). what do you think guys?
