Haven’t we all struggled to stay on the same screen online like collaboration online still feel confusing?

We’ve digitized delivery, tracking, and assessment — but I think we’ve missed digitizing shared understanding.

Dashboards create confidence. Completion rates create comfort. But they don’t necessarily reveal misalignment, confusion, or drift in attention.

Most digital systems still assume that explaining or learning online is linear and measurable. Yet real learning — and real explanation — is messy, contextual, and often non-linear.

I sometimes wonder whether we’re over-optimizing for personalization while under-designing for shared focus.

Efficiency scales systems. But does it deepen meaning?
