We know the world doesn’t need another productivity tool again.
There is Todoist,
Asana,
Notion,
Sunsama,
Motion and many more.
They’ve got millions in funding, thousands of features, and decades of collective screen time.
So what do a couple of indie builders with no VC money, no “AI Copilot,” and no productivity guru vibe have to offer?
The problem we saw:
Every tool assumes we are operating at 100% all day long.
Spoiler: WE ARE NOT.
And, we noticed something weird while building and failing at multiple side projects:
We weren't lazy.
We weren't distracted.
Just working against our biology.
Our brain isn’t a factory.
It’s an engine with rhythms—peaks and crashes, creative bursts and dead zones.
So we built Focuzed — the first task manager that adapts to your body.
How it works:
We shouldn’t force focus.
We have to ride with it.
We’ve been quietly testing it with a small crew.
Early feedback has been wild, especially from neurodivergent folks:
“This is the first time I’ve felt like my to-do list understands me.”
Are we delusional?
Nope, haven't thought like that even for a moment!
It’s a David vs. Goliath situation.
But David had timing.
And that’s kinda our whole point.
If you're tired of productivity tools that treat you like a machine, come ride with us.
Would love to hear your thoughts, especially:
Let’s battle the big boys, but smarter.
Not louder.
