Part landing page, part manifesto, part science digest.

A long-standing interest of mine.

An idea whose time has come.

As someone who has a passion for both health/exercise and software, this resonates. Sadly I feel there are not many of us out there.

I could see this resonating with more traditional business/executive teams however. Seems like a good substitute to the traditional/cliched "rope course".

That said, having done many of those, the thing that always trips people up is the varying fitness levels of participants. What I've witnessed is those with lower levels of fitness/coordination are embarrassed to do anything physically active around those of higher fitness/coordination levels.

Nonetheless, I could see it being an interesting framework to try out with the right group. Kudos for putting it together!

Thank you, the psychological aspects of putting something like this together is certainly a point for itself. I imagine that a good coach would be able to take this framework and choose activities that aren't too demanding and don't require a high level of athleticism. Most people can go on a 1-2 hour hike through a local park, or do some reaction speed exercises.

Have you tried conducting something like this?
