Hello Hackers!

Hi everyone đź‘‹

I'm Daniel, and I've just joined Indie Hackers.

I'm currently building SignalCraft, a market opportunity intelligence tool that helps founders evaluate startup ideas using real market evidence rather than AI-generated opinions. The goal isn't to "validate" ideas—it's to help people make better-informed decisions before they spend months building something.

I'm building in public, sharing what works (and what doesn't), and documenting everything from product decisions to marketing experiments. I'm particularly interested in SEO/GEO, founder research, and finding sustainable ways to grow small software businesses.

Looking forward to learning from the community and hopefully contributing a few useful insights along the way.

The distinction between “validating an idea” and helping founders make a decision from market evidence is interesting.

Have you seen founders actually change what they decide to build after using SignalCraft yet, or are you still testing whether the evidence changes the decision?

It doesn't track what happens after - its a 'pure play' tool that just assesses the market intelligence. What the user decides to do after that is unknown. Follow up may be something I incorporate further down the line

That’s helpful context. I appreciate you clarifying where SignalCraft currently draws the line.

I’d like to continue the conversation outside the thread. What’s the best email to reach you on?

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
