My father is a property dealer. One day, he came to me and said, "The business is not going as well as it could be." I asked, "What's the problem?" He replied, "I don't have many properties left to sell." I suggested, "So, why not buy some more?" He explained, "I don't have enough money to purchase another one. I was thinking of buying properties with my friend, but he's not agreeing." I responded, "First, sell the properties you have, and then buy more." He said, "Most of my properties are not in prime locations, and the properties in those areas are much more expensive."
With this in mind, I realized there are plenty of platforms to sell owned properties, but none that provide the needed funds. I thought about creating a platform where users could list properties they are willing to buy or develop, and where investors interested in putting their money into real estate could come together. This idea led me to start working on "Property Partners." Although I am still developing it, I have released an MVP to check on the demand.

Apologies, If I understand incorrectly, You are saying user could list properties they are willing to buy. I think, user can only list properties that they want to sell. Without owner consent, user can't put property listing online.

Great question! In traditional real estate, only property owners or authorized brokers can list a property for sale. However, Property Partners is not a typical property-selling platform like 99acres or MagicBricks. Instead, it focuses on real estate co-investment rather than outright sales.
Core Idea of Property Partners (Revised):
There are two types of users who list opportunities on the platform:
1. Land Buyers: These are individuals who have found a piece of land they want to purchase (either with the owner's consent or while negotiating) and are seeking co-investors to help fund the acquisition.
2. Landowners/Developers: These individuals already own land but require funds for development (such as construction, farming, or plotting) and intend to share profits after selling or generating income from the property.
It's important to note that this is NOT a property listing platform for sales. Users are not posting random properties for public sale; rather, they are presenting investment opportunities they are involved in, either as buyers or owners. this got a lot of potential. just make sure that the UI/UX willl be easy to understand for users(especially the ones who are listing) because the ones who are listing are middle aged to older ages of indivisuals so UI/UX must be understandable to these age groups so they won't abandon thinking that its too complex for them to understand.
