Ideas of solutions stem from a need or problem. Identify a need that you think you can provide a solution for, come up with a marketing and business model, then make it happen.
It is totally OK not having an idea; it takes time to figure out the right one. Start talking to people, especially outside of tech, what are the things they do day-by-day, what processes and tools they use, and what are the pain points. Then eventually some pattern of problems emerges and if you think you can dedicate a significant amount of your time to solve it, then you will have a startup idea that you can start to validate.
the problem is here .I don't know which people i can talk to them , i mean which field
i don't have ant experience in any field
That you might consider to go and work for a development company and get exposed to various industries. Then use the experience to come up with some ideas. The good part is that you even get paid ;)
Exactly, working with people in different fields exposes you to their problems, and solving a problem is how most of us get inspiration to build something!
