Help Choosing Between Ideas

Feeling big dilemma of where to put my focus. I'd like your opinion on what I ought to pursue.

Idea 1:
B2C. 1-2x annual small transaction % of High AOV. I have a dev friend willing to build out an idea that I first built a noCode MVP for, and demonstrated a little bit of traction — however, it doesn't solve a need that is "hair on fire", nor is the need frequent. BUT it does have a built-in virality aspect (insofar that like dropbox, a user involves others in a collaborative crowd-source sense).

Idea 2:
B2C. small transaction % of low (yet more frequent) AOV. I have a team of students learning how to code, who are building an MVP for this (at no charge). No proven demand, yet could be quite disruptive. Large TAM

Idea 3:
B2B. a "me too idea" with sleight unique differentiation from already large/funded competition, however, huge TAM. Monthly / Annual subscription. No proof of traction, but I feel churn would likely be low. I'm guessing longer sales cycle given it's B2B. Will be much slower to get a product to market which I can test & sell.

I have no first-hand domain knowledge in any of these, though I don't forsee that as too much of a barrier.

  1. 1

It's difficult to comment without the specifics but it sounds like you're working on the first two ideas already so I'd go for one of those two and not start the third. Also seeing as you have traction on the first why not see how far it goes and focus on it for a while.
