Help creating ideal customer profile for new SaaS onboarding tool

I'm creating an onboarding tool for SaaS products, with a unique feature not offered in other onboarding solutions that I think will increase conversions.

Our UI/UX designer wants to get a better idea of who is our ideal customer for this new tool, would anyone be willing to chat with her for a few minutes?

In return, I'd offer free access for six months once we launch later this year. Pricing will be Indie Hacker friendly since this is also a bootstrapped product!
