Help deciding on target audience 🤔

Hey Hackers! I was hoping you could help me decide or offer some advice on who my target customers should be! I have developed an API (https://docamatic.com) that can be used to generate and send documents. My initial thought was to focus on a product for developers specifically with the main emphasise on the API. However, lately I have been thinking a less technical approach would be better, focusing on a more functional dashboard area and Zapier integrations.

I was considering developing a wordpress plugin, but I spent an hour or so reading through pluggin support forums for similar products and it looks like a world of pain.
