Help Desk v.2

Hey indiehackers!
I haven't posted in a while! Almost two years have passed since we launche HD v.1 back in 2023 and now I am finally pivoted and made a new release.
The tool is currently free. No paywall so you are free to mess around with it and check whether there is something you like OR don't.
Be candid. I would like to gather up your feedback and will try to reward the most active of you with something of value (lifetime free access?)
