Help: do you chat with your customers via Messenger?

I'm building an app that could save a lot of typing by using AI to generate responses to your customers based on your previous responses.

I'm targeting Facebook Page & Messenger because my close friends who owns a shop spend hours on it and they say the app could save them nearly 50% time typing. I'm thinking a lot of entrepreneurs would be in the same boat.

I'm doing customer discovery but I don't really know where to start, I figured IH might have a few makers with FB pages who communicate via Messenger!

If that's you, I'd love to ask you a few questions:

• How long do you spend chatting per day?
• Do you often repeat yourself?
• Have you explored apps that could help you save time?
• If you had an app that generate good canned responses that you only have to click to send (or modify and send), how much time would it save you?
• If it works well and saves you X% time, how much would you pay for this app?

If you don't use Messenger that much but know someone, it would be really helpful if I can talk to them too.
