Hi, I'm new here :)
I've recently realised that what I refer to myself as is not probably how clients see me at all. There are other services like mine that offer a very similar mix of tasks but they call themselves something different.
Am I way off base and confusing potential clients?
This is what I do:
Based on that, what do you reckon my business is? Wondering if I need a re-brand!
Thanks all :)
Phew, I'd put your list together like this:
Content:
Marketing:
Website creation:
I'd maybe call you a "full stack website manager" 😁
"End-to-end internet solutions consultant"
I'm guessing your clients aren't that tech-savvy themselves.
This label will speak to them directly.
Instead of copywriting, you should go with research writing because it is the future. Instead of writing for clients, you can also build your own blog and can write for it by using your off and on-page SEO knowledge.
Thanks guys... so I should probably stop calling myself a copywriter then!
This is super helpful, thank you for your input. I'm about to try and productize what I do so this will really help me package my services 🙂
Sounds like you are a Content Marketing Manager for hire.https://contentmarketinginstitute.com/what-is-content-marketing/
"full-stack web design, branding and content marketing" (you may want to re-order this list depending on what you want to prioritize)
Awesome set of skills! You sound very valuable.
