I prioritized my social/emotional well-being over my career; thus, I go out, sleep and spend time on myself without remorse
I stay active. Going to the gym is boring for me, so I found a couple of friends who play tennis, billiards, and chess and join them 2-3 times per week.
I always focus on the long term. I understood that even if something fails today, the experience and skills that I got from it will have profits someday
I learned to give up strategically. It may sound weird, but when I feel down, even if it is the middle of the week, I just give up on work and focus on things that will improve my mood.

The biggest game changer for me is switching out my phone for a sunrise alarm clock. With this, I'm able to:

Second best advice is to get a dog, so you will take breaks, get outside, think less as a machine, thus naturally and eventually will take my first advice.

All of this can be done if you manage your time well and often say NO to things. I feel saying NO is the hardest part and we take on too many tasks that cause stress.
